I would like to take this opportunity to wish all you Copers out there a very merry Christmas and safe holidays. Thank you for all the good times that we have shared over the past....hmmm......six years and thanks for not questioning the constant changing of my name.

I will always return to here....here is where my heart is.

Take care everyone!!
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Love y's all :o)

I just got a shock from the tree lights. Other than that, Christmas rocks, and I sincerely hope y'all have a great one. Ho ho ho!

I still dont know what I'm going to buy for my grandparents. Usually I wouldnt bother, but this year I think I should buy them something special as a sign of consolidarity. They've been very worried about me lately. They think I'm going off the rails. It started quite a while ago, but has accelerated rather alarmingly of late.
Last time I visited them for dinner, my grandmother gave me a hug and looked me dead in the eye, saying "Remember you come from a good family name. Dont disgrace us."

I hate Christmas shopping!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I keep buying stuff for myself and now I'm short on money for my friend's gifts! *hehe*

I stole a rather expensive Christmas present the other day. Well, they werent serving me & I was getting impatient, so I just walked straight out. My descent into antisociability has been slow but steady - some people call it the long and slippery road to hell.

I bought a kinks best of and now i want to keep it for myself instead of giving it to the fath. How festive.

Ah, I found that a CD rewriter has been a good investment. At the mo, I'm copying a Radiohead compilation I made for a mate because I decided I couldn't bear to part with it. Is owning 4 or 5 different versions of Creep excessive? I whittled it down to just 2 on the album.....

By heather on Wednesday, December 19, 2001 - 04:29 am:

hee hee heh! where did you learn about the word "whittled"? do you think it is primarily a british word?

By indigo on Wednesday, December 19, 2001 - 05:24 pm:

Ummmm... I guess so.... is it really that unusual? Come on, hands up who has ever used the word whittled in everyday conversation!

By indigo on Wednesday, December 19, 2001 - 05:25 pm:

that's metaphorical hands by the way. i can't really see you.

By Lukas on Thursday, December 20, 2001 - 01:45 am:

hand

By indigo on Thursday, December 20, 2001 - 10:28 pm:

yay! we can start an erudite breakaway group Luke, just you and me! And of course anyone who can tell me if I actually meant erudite - I'm not that sure about the word, it just had a nice ring to it.

By BakeSale on Friday, December 21, 2001 - 04:59 pm:

Actually, I've often used the word "whittled", is it really so rare?

By Hallie on Friday, December 21, 2001 - 10:37 pm:

er, i come from canada (and they think i'm slow, eh? - um, wrong answer to indigo's quest...)and we use whittled ...

so we got Indigo,Kyle,Lukas, and Myself stacked up 'gainst the bird (rhymes with a singular of "feathers")

Love to all, now & ever after ...
