the missing bit

How about organising a Coping Beach Party next summer?

By R~S~P on Monday, September 3, 2001 - 11:32 pm:

Okay, get on with it then.

By The Occifer on Tuesday, September 4, 2001 - 02:54 am:

How artistic. What lovely little feet.

A Coping beach party? I'll be there with whistles & bells.

By Nat on Tuesday, September 4, 2001 - 09:38 pm:

YEAH!!!!!!!!! (those are ana's feet, aren't they? ha ha)
if it's in the UK during July ... i'll be there! (but we might need a ride ... anyone offering to guide some lovely young canucks around their country? no? oh well ... we don't need you. we'll be studying anyway ... woohoo! stop)

By Chris on Tuesday, September 4, 2001 - 11:57 pm:

I hear Southend's nice at this time of year.

By indigo on Wednesday, September 5, 2001 - 10:26 am:

Hey, where are you gonna go Nat?

By Psycho Beach Party on Thursday, September 6, 2001 - 06:17 am:

Pyscho Beach Party, more like. I reckon there would be blood on the sand before the night was out.

By Baby Monkey on Thursday, September 6, 2001 - 07:08 pm:

We'll be there.

Hey lads, this is the life yeah.

By Nat on Thursday, September 13, 2001 - 09:55 pm:

well, indigo, since you ASKED ... (oh how i relish this!), during July 2002 I shall hopefully be spending one week in London, two weeks in Oxford, a long weekend in Stratford-upon-Avon (funny, we have a Stratford-ON-Avon in Ontario ... would that be the Canadianized version?), and a week in ... (this is the best part) Edinburgh! (mmm, scotland ... ).

and then half a dozen thousand dollars later, i'll be back home to cry.

By indigo on Friday, September 14, 2001 - 05:46 pm:

Wow, how cool! During July 2002 I will unfortunately be stuck right in the middle of my sodding A-levels, so unless you would like to detour to High Wycombe one day, we are unlikely to meet.

How did you save up 6000 dollars? And is this trip in aid of anything special?

By Chris on Friday, September 14, 2001 - 11:27 pm:

Let's all go to Southend. Or Felixstowe.

By Nat on Friday, September 14, 2001 - 11:34 pm:

see, indigo, i haven't exactly have it saved up yet ... it's to get my bloody OAC English, (oops, sorry, f'n) which I so dreadfully hate taking as a full course with awful, awful teachers ...

By indigo on Tuesday, September 18, 2001 - 05:54 pm:

What's OAC? and what's the f'n about? hmmm? hmmmm?

By Nat. on Saturday, September 22, 2001 - 04:46 am:

wow. i thought i replied to that a while ago ...
okay, Ontario Academic Credit program, or Grade 13. efen 'cos bloody is well proper anymore, is it? but i hate to see myself swear, i feel so much more common than i need to. it's a harsh blow. OKAY? OKAY? and lo fidelity all stars is on the radio, that old song from 2 yrs back ... but the dj seems to be mixing it into a beastie boys song. cool.

By indigo on Saturday, September 22, 2001 - 04:30 pm:

i just read that 3 times before i understood it. hmm, feeling slow today.

By Nat on Saturday, September 22, 2001 - 10:56 pm:

i meant "isn't" well proper. anyway, i didn't want to confuse your greatness.

By indigo on Sunday, September 23, 2001 - 07:50 pm:

my greatness? was that sarcasm? cos im still hungover from an excellent 18th birthday party i went to last night, and i cant tell anymore.
Stupidly, I'm also trying to write my damn personal statement now as well, to give to my teacher tomorrow. Should probably have started it earlier, as its what universities use to make you an offer or not. Any tips on what I should write to impress Cambridge anybody?

By The Occifer on Monday, September 24, 2001 - 05:58 pm:

I think you'll find it's about the neverending quest for true love, indigo. (Even if there arent many good looking, fit, classy, well educated and travelled, secure 42 year olds who dont smoke and drink socially in Coping.)

By Nat on Monday, September 24, 2001 - 09:59 pm:

nah, indigo - you're GREAT!

By Kenzie on Tuesday, September 25, 2001 - 02:05 am:
