is Australia the first to create plastic money?
I'm probably a little out on this aspect. It's lovely, waterproof, tear-proof..

plastic?..really?! shit, that must be easy to forge

I have one of a five dollar, it looks really nice and I would never want to use it.
Switzerland on the other hand have rather colourful money, multicoloured in a sense.

Haha.. funny topic. Whilst overseas recently, I noticed how many people liked our money. The comments ranged from:
'Wow, It's coloured'
'You couldn't rip it if you tried'
'Damn. And I was planning to forge Australian money, that idea's lost'.
And the classic:
"Are you guys that bored in the outback that you have nothing better to do than create plastic colourful money?'.
Haha. the only thing I could do was laugh. But yeah, I like it. I just wish, like anybody, that I had more of it!!

Well it's great to have plastic money. I like that little transparent space on the bottom right that has a 3-D print of 5, since mine is a five dollar.
Perhaps I should get people to give me one of each amount so I can have a collection. Nice that it has managed to keep its money scent.

Maybe people can use it to wipe their bottoms if they run out of tissue paper. Ok, i'm going a bit out the topic.

I like our money a lot. In fact, I was just having a conversation about monies of the world with a bisexual skinhead Neo-Nazi criminal lawyer from New York the other night. He liked our money a lot too.

bisexual skinhead neo-nazi new yorker? How incredibly interesting! I'd love to have a conversation with him.
Tell us more about his Occifier, I'm intrigued by the unusual.

By The Occifer on Sunday, March 11, 2001 - 01:41 pm:

I was standing against a bar, right? Yes, right. Anyway, this skinhead character who had been prancing about the room ever since I'd come in (only about 5 minutes before, admittedly) decided to sidle up to me.

"I see you've got the heroin blues. Darling, it looks so good on you!" he said to me, grinning.

"No I'm actually just busting to go to the toilet," I replied.

And from that ignominious beginning, we proceeded to have a massive argument about every social issue that has ever held a place under the sun. He had wildly varying views - I could never tell how he would react to anything. I asked him what Hitler would think of his bisexuality, and he shouted "Adolf would've murdered me!" Then, smug'n'proud, he showed me his swasticka tattoo and Nazi knuckle-duster ring (apparently handed down from 4 generations) which I squinted at with great interest, before drunkenly re-accusing him of being a hypocrite, misogynist and a bigot. He gave me big toothy grin and asked if I'd like to have a blow job.

"No mate, I'm not interested," I said.

"I'll pay you."

"You'll pay me AND you'll perform? How much?" My vanity, and vanity alone, was rather interested in how much he was willing to put up.

"Two hundred dollars," he shrugged.

"Yeah?" I thought it was quite reasonable. If I wasn't straight and he wasn't a Neo-Nazi I might have been overwhelmingly tempted.

"Shit yeah!!" he said. "I bet you've got a massive schlong. I bet you're hung like a horse. Are you?"

Just about then a remix of Dancing In The Moonlight started bursting out of the speakers and I decided now might be as good a time as any to leave the establishment. Which I did. He'd be back in New York by now, Alex. Where do you live?

Hi Nome. Were you Faye's friend? Have I got the right person?

There are some rather dull, very silly fools around the traps. Makes you think, doesn't it?
