Help computer geeks (hello stereopop!)!

When posting a message, you have the option of leaving your email, and I only do sometimes instead of always because it's a pain in the ass.

Is there I way I can set up one of the buttons on my keyboard so I can just press that button and, voila!, my entire email appears in the box?

Try Alt + F4

use Control C to copy it, then Control V to paste it.
