Hi,
I've got a live blur cd called Sawdust Seizures (hey, I didn't name it). On it is half of one show, and half of another European show circa 1994. At one point during the first show, right after they finish playing Tracy Jacks, Damon happily proclaims, "I just got my first egg ever! C'mon now, if you're gonna throw an egg at me, you've gotta hit me".
I'm wondering if anybody knows the date and location of that concert. It might be the best live blur concert I've heard, and I'd like to get a copy of the whole show. The crowd is really into it, the band is into it, and Phil makes an appearance to do the angriest sing-a-long version of Parklife. It's awesome.
Any help?

I believe thats The ally Pally (Alexandra Palace between you and me). Its available on video as "showtime" and should be found in all good music shops! I think it was October 1994..

No, I've got the Showtime vhs. He does get egged (a brilliant shot too, right on the chest), but it's not his first egging.
Thanks though.

Damon's first egg was the one that he latched onto when he was but one of his Daddy's sperm swimming rapidly up his Mummy's fallopian tube.
I'm not aware of any band playing while this was happening though.

Actually, the sperm was half of Damon, the egg was the other half.

my lubber-dubber bleeds for you.
