Wasn't To The End the single after Girls and Boys?
I saw a special screening of the new chronological singles video yesterday and Parklife came before To The End, not after like it should do. A small matter, one may assume, but to the obsessive like me it is fairly annoying.

There was a prize draw to win free "best of" T-shirts, though. I didn't win, but made a nuisance of myself till the people in charge gave me one, so to speak.

Well done Ian! I am planning on photocopying the cover (i know i swore not to buy it but I think my sister will) and printing up my own t-shirt. Legal? probably not. Oh well. Did u see them on TOTP just now? OH MY GOD!

for those of you who missed it :
There was the four Opie pictures blown up behind them,
Damon was doing a brilliant impression of one of the Mitchell's dahn Sarf London, with chain necklace thing and graffitti type teeshirt, Alex was hardly shown but looked pretty old, Dave was being hypnotised by the drums and Graham was wearing a Badly Drawn Boy type hat (!) and grunge gear.

They played a great (short!) version of MIMR (and by the wonder of teletext i now know the words! - who is Tony Allen and how did he teach dancing???)

then later in the show they came back and Damon did the flattest version of Girls and Boys you have ever heard, with the most enthusiastic audience I have ever seen on TOTP! excellent! even that slime jamie Theakston looked impressed!

You can put anything you want onto the front of a tshirt. It's just like copying a cd for your own use. You just happen to be copying the picture on to the front of a tshirt.

software is different though. That's why you sign that licensing agreement before you use any...

Nathallie, here is what I know

1) to see MIMR vid, I don't think Much is even playlisting it anymore but the repeat of the Sook-Yin interview followed by said vid is repeating sometime this month (check Much website for "Made in England" under "Events")

2) The only programme showing in Canada that I'm aware of is Blur on Conan O'Brien allegedly on Nov 10. The other stuff...well we never get that stuff, eh?

I got up at SEVEN IN THE MORNING to see Blur on CDUK (for you unlucky canadians, it's a shit little saturday morning pop programme that occasionally has inexplicably good bands on it) and then found out it wasn't on till 11:30. Teach me to trust my little sister... but anyway, Blur did the shortest (but still bloody good) version of Song 2 ever!

Damon had shaved and looked awake and didn't have any fucking hiphop or chain accessories, Alex didn't have a fag and even Graham looked completely sane!
Damon just stood there singing nicely, very little jumping about, and actually looked a bit bored towards the end. Meanwhile, the 12 year old 5ive fans jumped up and down, shouting along!

Uummm, it was a pretty odd show!
